2 cups (250g) all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon instant yeast 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 cup+2 tablespoons warm water (125ml+2 tablespoons) Stir and gather the dough by hand Knead on floured surface. If you find it too dry, add little water to adjust. Knead for about 5 minutes or until smooth Put dough in a large bowl. Drop some oil into the dough and coat evenly. Cover for about an hour Put back the dough on floured surface. Divide into 2 – 4 pieces. Divide into 2 for large Pide Or into 4 for smaller Pide Roll out into thin long oval (mine is about 20 cm long) Brush the dough surface with oil Fold inward on both sides of the length Unite the ends to form a boat Dab the edge with egg yolk (if you don’t eat egg, use butter/oil) Add a lot of cheese(s).
I used Mozzarella & Cheddar. Season well with salt, pepper, paprika powder etc Herbs Bake at 225°C (430°F) for 15 – 20 minutes Brown and bubbling Smell delicious Eat them hot! Enjoy… .
