This 18" Hard Coat Pizza Disc (18918PHC) is made from 18 gauge 1 millimeter aluminum, making it a terrific heat conductor and an easy-to-wash, hygienic item. The hard coat aluminum is an exceptional item that has one through an electro-chemical procedure to develop aluminum oxide, a difficult, dark metal that will not flake off. It is entirely devoid of a rim, allowing the pizza to slide off without any damage to its crust no matter how large. The perforation in the disc allows for heat to distribute throughout the crust, developing a crispy, perfectly prepared pizza. This 18 inch choice features 275 holes, each which is 3/8 inches in diameter.
